As employees book their travels via CWT’s agency, all travel expenses are included into one invoice – thanks to the travel account. The company then receives an invoice at the end of the month – including all travel purchases, and providing a longer 50-day credit. All travel account purchases can automatically be delivered daily to the company’s own travel expense management system. This significantly helps to reduce the manual administration.
Monitoring of travel expenses becomes more efficient and the administrative tasks that come with them, is simplified. In addition, the company receives reporting data of all travel expenses from Eurocard – once a quarter, for example – presented as requested in either a summary or in detailed manner.
